This is the first part of the story of our move. Actually, it would probably be more accurate to say Marko's move. Marko moved most of our stuff by himself (!!!) in an unbelievable 3-day marathon. For the heaviest things, we also had some wonderful friends who came to our rescue and slaved away to make our new place as pretty as it is now. A huge thank you to Matthew, Chris, Jenna and George!
What we learned:
Moving out means living between boxes, which can be kind of cosy.
Empty shelves are a fantastic playground.
No matter how messy and crazy it gets, there is always time for a book.
When you are pregnant, you get to move the fun stuff.
Samu is happy with new places as long as his toys make it there.
These were the lessons we learned the first day. More from our move is coming up shortly. For now, enjoy with us our new view from our kitchen window.
