THANKFUL for THANKSGIVING

Our very first Thanksgiving. We started the festivities with Macy's parade and 10 pounds of potatoes.




We are all set and good to go (with two types of mashed potatoes)!



Thanksgiving is the time to realize that we have a lot to be grateful for - among others these wonderful people who organized an amazing Eat-Fest with a wonderful, diverse (12 countries!!), happy crowd. Thanks Matthew, Casey and Natalija!

WHO IS WATCHING TOO MUCH GILMORE GIRLS?

Imagine you come home from a rough and exhausting day - to be greeted by your favorite person in the world, who is dressed up as character from your favorite TV show. What would you do? I ordered a glass of wine and Indian pancakes. Welcome to Luke's - eehm - Kake's! (Oh, most of you don't know this: That's Marko's Finnish nickname.)

BASKETBALL and BLUE SKY

This fall is almost too good to be true! Sunshine, temperatures above 10°C and blue sky spoil us - and give us excellent opportunities to make really good use of our study/work breaks - like at our basketball court. As we know, mens sana in corpore sano ;-)
